This Shipping Policy explains how 11:11 Labz processes and ships orders of research-use-only laboratory materials within the United States and its territories, the customer-paid FedEx delivery options available at checkout, our same-day cutoff, and our optional opt-in Shipping Protection add-on. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed and any required eligibility verification is complete. Carrier and Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx. At checkout, you may select from multiple delivery and speed options, and shipping charges are paid by the customer based on the option you choose, the destination, and package characteristics. Available options may include, for example:
- FedEx Standard / Ground — economical delivery for most destinations.
- FedEx Express Saver — faster delivery within the contiguous U.S.
- FedEx 2Day — delivery within two business days to eligible destinations.
- FedEx Standard Overnight / Priority Overnight — next-business-day delivery to eligible destinations.
Exact options, transit times, and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by 11:11 Labz. Service availability varies by destination.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), subject to carrier service availability. Some destinations, including certain territories and remote areas, may have limited service options, longer transit times, or additional charges. We do not ship to freight-forwarders or to any destination where shipment of our products is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to any destination at our discretion.
Delivery to P.O. boxes may be unavailable depending on the carrier service selected.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and applied at checkout. Prices, shipping rates, and any promotional shipping offers shown in this demonstration store are placeholders.
Optional Shipping Protection (Opt-In Add-On)
At checkout, you may optionally opt in to Shipping Protection, an add-on that provides coverage for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, subject to the terms of the add-on. Shipping Protection is:
- Optional and added only if you affirmatively select it at checkout;
- An additional charge displayed before you complete your order; and
- Subject to eligibility requirements, claim procedures, and any limitations described at checkout or in the add-on terms.
If you do not opt in to Shipping Protection, risk of loss for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged shipments may rest with you once the carrier accepts the package, except as otherwise required by law or provided in our Refunds & Returns policy. Tracking, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
When your order ships, we will provide a FedEx tracking number by email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package; certain shipments may require a signature. You are responsible for monitoring tracking and for providing a secure delivery location. Except where Shipping Protection has been purchased or as otherwise required by law, risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's acceptance of the shipment.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we will contact you. Reshipment may require payment of additional shipping charges. Address corrections or carrier surcharges incurred due to an inaccurate or incomplete address may be passed on to the customer.
Storage and Handling on Receipt
Upon receipt, research materials should be inspected and stored promptly in accordance with their general chemical storage characteristics (for example, lyophilized powders stored as indicated on the label or accompanying documentation). Purchasers are responsible for proper storage and handling consistent with accepted laboratory practices.
Shipping Issues and Damaged Packages
