This Refunds & Returns policy explains how 11:11 Labz handles returns, replacements, and refunds for research-use-only laboratory materials. Research chemicals — including lyophilized powders — can be affected by temperature, light, moisture, handling, and storage conditions that we cannot control once a package has been delivered. To protect the integrity of our supply and the safety of all researchers, we generally cannot accept returns of opened, used, reconstituted, mishandled, or otherwise altered products, and we cannot resell or restock returned research materials. For this reason, most issues are resolved through replacement or refund rather than physical return, at our discretion.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered);
- Your product arrived damaged or with compromised packaging that affects the material; or
- There is a verified discrepancy between the product you received and its listed chemical identity or specifications.
To be eligible, you must contact us within [RETURN/REPORTING WINDOW PLACEHOLDER] of delivery, provide your order number, and provide supporting information (such as photographs of the product, label, lot number, and packaging). We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or otherwise handled after delivery;
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the recipient;
- Orders where the issue is reported after the applicable reporting window;
- Products returned without prior authorization; and
- Add-on charges and shipping charges that have been rendered (except where a Shipping Protection claim applies or as required by law).
How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or other written instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Returned research materials, even where authorized, are handled and disposed of as research chemicals in accordance with applicable regulations and are not restocked or resold.
Damaged or Lost Shipments and Shipping Protection
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, please see our Shipping Policy and, if you opted in, the Shipping Protection add-on. Eligibility, claim windows, and documentation requirements apply. If you did not opt in to Shipping Protection, resolution of transit-related loss or damage may be limited as described in the Shipping Policy, except as otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, which may depend on your payment provider. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges and optional add-on charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the error was ours.
Order Cancellations
